Nelo Teixeira (1974- ) is a Congolese multidisciplinary artist working across painting, collage, assemblage, sculpture, and installation. He uses found materials such as metal cans, wooden crates, plastics, fabrics, and urban debris in his works. He combines visual and linguistic to evoke feelings of memory, precarity, and resilience.
