Tizta Berhanu (1991- ) is an Ethiopian painter. Her figurative pieces explore intimacy and emotion. Vibrant and subdued colors cushion her subjects. Her paintings are typically composed of various hues of a singular color, heightening the emotional reality of the work. Berhanu received her BFA in Painting from Addis Ababa University, Alle School of Fine Arts and Design in 2019.
