Biography

Renée Green (b. 1959, Cleveland, Ohio, USA) is an interdisciplinary artist, writer and filmmaker whose work spans sculpture, architecture, photography, video, sound, and installation. Her practice draws on cultural anthropology, historical archives, literary and philosophical sources, and is often research-intensive—creating layered installations that examine memory, exchange, language, and the circulation of ideas.
