Ernest Dükü

Ernest Dükü, born in 1958 in Bouake, Ivory Coast, lives and works between Paris and Abidjan. He began his studies at the School of Fine Arts in Abidjan, Ivory Coast in 1982.His works are linked with the language of symbols and the ideograms from Akan signs. Always searching for confluences between the spirituality from ancestor, symbolism and syncretism. He is working with drawing, painting and sculpturing as a medium.
