Do pranto o oceano, e nadamos no amor is a solo exhibition by Zéh Palito, presented at the Museu de Arte Contemporânea da Bahia in Salvador, Brazil. The exhibition brings together recent paintings, installations, and sculptural works that explore themes of ancestral memory, cultural identity, joy, and resistance, drawing from Afro-Brazilian histories and contemporary urban life.

Exhibition Description
The exhibition features a range of works created between 2022 and 2025, including 21 paintings, a sculpture, six installations, one mural, and an inflatable banana sculpture. It marks the artist’s first solo institutional museum show in Brazil and includes an original series paying homage to key Bahian artists.
